Rambagicharesthouses provides room stays rather than physical goods, so this policy covers booking cancellations, date changes, and refunds rather than product returns.

How to cancel or change a booking

To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp with your name and booking details. We do not accept cancellation requests through any other channel.

Cancellation & refund timeline

• 48 hours or more before check-in: full refund of any advance amount paid.
• Within 48 hours of check-in: 50% of the advance amount paid is refunded.
• No-show or same-day cancellation: the advance amount paid is non-refundable.

These timeframes are measured against your confirmed check-in date and time.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Early check-out

Refunds are not provided for early check-out or unused nights once a stay has begun.

Changing your dates

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. We'll do our best to move your booking to new dates at no extra charge, subject to room availability — this is often easier than cancelling outright.

Exceptional circumstances

For cancellations caused by circumstances beyond a guest's control — such as travel disruption or a change in temple darshan arrangements — we review the situation individually and will always try to find a fair outcome.
